Warranty

COROS provides a 2-year limited warranty on watch products. Accessories including watchbands and charging cables are covered by a 90-day warranty. Limited warranty doesn’t cover used products and products purchased from unauthorized reseller channels.

If you need to claim your warranty, please email support@coros.com and include your original order confirmation/invoice/receipt, current shipping address, watch model/color/size info. Any video or photo proof is appreciated and can speed up the process.

If your warranty request is approved, COROS will provide a prepaid return label. Please ship back the current defective watch in its original packaging with all accessories to our mailing address. Please include your order info and a brief warranty claim in the shipment. COROS ships out the replacement after receiving the returned unit.
